In the early 1950s, Mr. Zhang set up a medical practice at Yan On Tang in Siu Shi Street, Ha Wan, Macau. He treated injuries for relatives, friends and neighbors, specializing in the treatment of bruises and pain with traditional Chinese medicine. "Cheung Quan Pain Breaking Oil" was carefully researched and created by Cheung Quan, a Chinese medicine practitioner. It is also the only medicated oil in Macao that is hand-made by traditional Chinese medicine and then becomes a modern Chinese medicine factory.

Adhering to father's ambition

In 1997, Mr. Zhang handed over the pharmaceutical factory to his son, Mr. Zhang Jianneng, and became the second generation successor of "Zhang Quan Pain Breaking Oil". Zhang Jianneng inherited the family business and worked hard to carry forward our tradition of achievements in traditional Chinese medicine. Zhang Jianneng firmly believes that no matter how expensive the price is, the formula cannot be adjusted.

"Cheung Kuen Pain Breaker Oil" successfully passed the certification of the Hong Kong Pharmacy and Poisons Board in the 1970s, and was allowed to be imported into Hong Kong for sale on the market. With Mr. Cheung's portrait as a registered trademark, it successfully entered the Hong Kong market from Macau. Later, in order to expand the Chinese mainland market and prevent counterfeiting and infringement activities, the "Zhang Quan Pain Breaking Oil" and Mr. Zhang's portrait trademark were officially registered in the mainland in the 1980s.
