Hong Kong Ho Chi Kung Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Ho Chi Kung Pharmaceutical Factory, was founded in 1935 by the founder Mr. Ho Sin Yuen (also known as Ho Chi Kung) in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. The main products include a variety of Western medicines and Chinese patent medicines including analgesics. In the following years, pharmaceutical factories in Shanghai and Guangzhou were also established one after another, and the head office was relocated in Guangzhou in 1938.
