Currently, our company provides two online ordering and delivery services:
1. Pick up at the store: Use your phone number to pick up the ordered goods at the store.
2. Shunfeng Express: Express to the customer's designated location. Our company is a partner with Shunfeng Express. All goods will be delivered by Shunfeng Express and can be picked up at all Shunfeng Express pickup points.

"7-day exchange and return service"
[Tai Haopi] provides you with "7-day exchange and return service" .
- Products that do not match the order (including but not limited to product specifications, styles, quantities, etc.);
- The product is defective (including but not limited to quality defects, damage during transportation, etc.);
- The product does not match the description on the product page (including but not limited to product use, product function, etc.)
Only one return/exchange can be arranged for each order. Please ensure that the product does not fall into the list of non-returnable products and keep the complete product, tag (if applicable) and packaging box/paper. Returns will not be accepted if they are missing, damaged or lost. Products with confirmed quality problems will be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once your application is approved, we will refund you.
Items that are not returnable or exchangeable
In addition, due to relevant terms and hygiene reasons, the return policy does not apply to the following products.

- Products marked "No Returns or Exchanges" on the product description page
- Groceries, beverages and foods that are perishable and have a short shelf life;
- Accessories, swimwear, socks, underwear, personal products and clothing;

If we receive goods that are not returnable or exchangeable, we will send the goods back to the shipping address in the order (the shipping costs will be borne by you) , and no refunds or exchanges will be made . The product list will be updated from time to time. For details, please refer to the return/exchange instructions on the product description page.

All gifts are non-refundable or exchangeable. For some specially noted discounts or promotions, the entire order must be returned, and partial returns and refund applications will not be accepted.
If the return does not reach the current threshold of full discounts and full gifts, the discounts and gifts must also be taken back and returned. If the number of items with combined discounts is not reached after the return, the original price of the retained items will be restored.

Return and exchange service process
- Please email info@taihopai.com and we will contact you within 2 working days.
- Please provide your order details in the email: your name, order number and the problem with the product (if any) and relevant photos. Please make sure all information is correct.
iii. Provide clear pictures of the product
We will arrange return, exchange or refund after confirmation . If our warehouse does not receive your return, [Tai Haopi] reserves the right to refuse a refund. In addition, if the product you want to exchange is not in stock, we will issue a refund. You will receive an email notification after the return/exchange process is completed.
In case of any dispute, [Taihaopi] will reserve the right to make the final decision.
