How to use

Please take 1-2 sachets of this product a day in your daily diet.

This product is food and can be eaten at any time. Mix 1 packet (3g) in approximately 100CC of milk, soy milk, and boiling water, stir quickly with a spoon or stir stick, and drink.

In addition, it will be more delicious after shaking with a shaker cup. If you don’t have a shaker cup, you can use a wide-mouth plastic bottle instead. When using, please close the lid tightly and use it carefully. Do not use hot water.

If you want to consume more yellow and green vegetables and dietary fiber, please take 2-3 packets (6-9g) a day.
